It happened that better materials are now available; and I was quite jubilant when I wrote Jennifer that her "duck"was not satisfactory. Instantly, however, I learned she was out until Monday, this next morning.

On last Monday I had a brisk conversation with Dr. Malamo and longer session with Becca Spauling.

What's going on here is that,following my annual physical, wanting more conversation I pointed at him and said "I know". However since then we've not been able, Malamo and I, to discuss what the KNOWING means for me. Nonetheless there have been psychiatric interviews, two with Dr. Adrain L wherein at one point we ran down the POTUS of our times life times and two with Becca, the first followed my written declaration that I knew and didn't like the doings of the CIA.

I am prepared to make description, in CONTENTS, of the problems as understood with friends.


I am prepared to offer, in INTRODUCTION, some more of my biography with particulars as to why I am now more than ever quarreling.

On that last jubilant weekend I received notification of a 20 minute video, which we've hailed as effective, 'The Biggest Scam in the History of Mankind - Secrets of Money" .

Sleep Apnea

On January 12 Ann and I met with Amy Ramos of Sleep Insights.

It is determined that I have obstructive sleep apnea.

On February 4 on will be introduced to use of the CPAP Machine.

My friend Ann Ellis has recently contacted my daughters - Claire Walter, Ontario, NY and Julie Walter Larkin, -- regarding my problems, which are giving her great concern.

This write-up is intended to serve to inform my daughters as to what is going on, and give access to my providers.

Fishing with Ken (and Claire)

After a two-year hiatus I fished some this Fall.

My Music -- Programs and Devices in Use

It has been a custom to listen to Pandora (a minimized copy om the browser )while at computer.

Of late a lot of my listening has been at the Yann Tierson Station. It plays compositions often by modern composers and includes film scores. (Yann Tierson was suggested by Jeff Cliff, a Facebook friend who I met through our shared interest in Polya's "How To Solve It.")

I now (recently acquired) have 2 hand-held MP3 Players:
My LG500G TracFone has 2.8 GB of music from CDs. This collection is roughly equal to what Ann has on her MP3 Players (Sansa and Cruz tablet) mainly jazz. It is at capacity.
My Samsung Galaxy 4.0 Players has (so far) an enhanced version of the 3.8GB download -- 3.6 GB mainly Jazz. [ It also has an excellent FM Radio. I've preset: WxxI (classical)91.5; WGMC (jazz) 90.1; WbEE (popular) 92.5; WRUR, 88.6.]

Steve helped me to set-up and use software to rip CDs to MP3 format om my computer.
I have only used Windows Media Player for syncing thus far.
I have subscribed to Rhapsody; but am not up to speed with it.

Preface to Updating: Aug.-Sept -ETP and Fishing; October = Accident; ;Nov.-Dec. == New Toys and computer upgrade; Google services update

In August I had a considerable tiff with ETP. I feel the efforts then and now are not worth discussing.
ETP, now, has been down for over a month.

September is marked for fishing with Ken Kirchgessner, Claire's boy friend, principally in Lake Ontario off Bear Creek in Ontario, NY.

October is marked for accident on 10/8/2011 which totaled the Focus.
Fortunately no one was injured and the insurance has been helpful.
I have decided to do without "wheels" as they are too expensive. As a result I am making frequent impositions to Ann Ellis for assistance, whereas before having a car mean I qas more available to Ann, to help her in emergencies.

November-December is marked for getting used to "no wheels". sleep testing (looking for things related to the accident), and new toys: LG500G TracFone #775-7809; Samsung Galaxy 4.0 Player; Webcam on PC; ---- and use of services: much Google; ICC, Internet Chess Club ( to play on-line) and Rhapsody for music download.

I have continually followed by interests in Music, Chess and Bridge, computer/Google features.
